Caring for a Crystallized Phone Case

Don't put in your pocket (Jeans or Pants) this will wear on the edges of the phone and eventually rub off crystals. We suggest you find a pocket in your purse that you use only for your phone. Some models have clip attachments available, check with me if you're interested.
Be careful not to drop it.... that's a big problem.... crystals will shatter and fly everywhere. After all you now have a glass phone!
Do not wash with soap and water. To clean and keep your phone twinkling, simply buff with a jewelry cloth.
But never fear, I will help and repair any problems for a very small fee and return shipping charges. I do include extra crystals for do-it-yourself fixes.

Return Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is something you are not happy with, I'm sure we can work out a solution.
Please be certain of the make, model number,crystal colors, design before placing an order. In addition Twinkle It.com is not responsible for improper installation. Most of our faceplates just snap right over your phone, but if you are unsure how to install your new faceplate/case, we suggest that you take it to your local cell phone store.
If you damage your case while installing or removing, Twinkle It.com is not responsible for replacing the damaged case. If there is a defect in your case, please let me know within 15 days after receipt. After 15 days, I will not be responsible for replacement. Please keep in mind, cases are carefully examined for defects of snaps and tabs before shipment to you.
