FAQ's
Q: How long will it take to receive my crystallized case?
A: Please check with me on an estimated ship date. It usually takes 3-5 business days to complete your case and get it in the mail to you. But sometimes my schedule is pretty full and it may take a little longer to get your case in the mail. Q: Are any cases in-stock and ready to be shipped?
A: No all cases are custom made just for you and are not made in advance.
Q: Will my crystals stay on?
A: Yes, but please keep in mind you have just turned your phone into glass and need to take care of it and not drop it. We do include extra crystals for small fixes. And you can return the case for bigger fixes for a small fee and return shipping charges.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Please be certain of the make, model number,crystal colors, design before placing an order. In addition Twinkle It.com is not responsible for improper installation. Most of our faceplates just snap right over your phone, but if you are unsure how to install your new faceplate/case, we suggest that you bring it to your local cell phone store. If you damage your case while installing or removing, Twinkle It.com is not responsible for replacing the damaged case. |
